Hyatt Place Sandestin/at Grand Boulevard

Returning guest! This is my second time staying at this location. I found it the first time after checking into a nearby hotel that was so dirty and filthy that I canceled my trip and booked at this Hyatt. My experience was so great that when I had business in the area again, I re-booked here right away. My number one priority is always safety and this hotel sits right at the end of a very high end shopping center with restaurants and stores like Anthropolgie. It is very modern and clean, and staff is always friendly. I'm honestly surprised that the rates are as affordable as they are because other hotels I've stayed at with this level of quality, location, and service cost triple the price of this one. I'll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — close to everything yet peaceful and convenient. The price was very reasonable for the quality offered. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and we appreciated that real (non-disposable) dishes were used. Everything felt organized and thoughtfully done. Overall, a wonderful stay and a hotel we would definitely choose again.

We could not have been more spoiled! We are locals to the area and were celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary. Per the booking process, you can request a room on a higher floor (which is very nice) we chose a higher floor. Little did we know, the amazing staff upgraded our room to a suite. There were towel swans, rose petals and sweet treats. We were overwhelmed with gratitude, this was so unexpected! We indulged in their happy hour downstairs (which is so reasonably priced / especially for this area!!) then headed upstairs where we were able to stream our wedding video via YouTube to the TV! It was so romantic and relaxing! The bed was comfortable and the room was immaculate! In the morning we headed down for breakfast (my husband’s favorite meal) it was delicious. We watched all the happy families enjoying their share too. We have zero complaints and a ton of praise. Thank you for a wonderful anniversary! This will be our new tradition and not just for anniversaries! Maybe just date nights! Thank you.

I came into town for a conference and ended up staying an extra night! The staff were all so incredible! The rooms were neat and clean, the food at the bar area was great, and everyone was so nice! There’s plenty of parking and it’s a great location with lots of food and shopping nearby! 10/10 would recommend this to anyone!

Stayed for a week early in October and it was a great experience. Excellent location where you can walk to stores and eateries. The staff was amazing and so diverse that it was an awesome experience meeting people from the world. Kudos to Hyatt and specially to their front desk staff, bartenders and breakfast monitors. Recommended!

Honestly a great location by grand boulevard, the staff was awesome. The people were friendly, breakfast good, the bartender in the evening was fantastic. Honestly it was a great stay in a great location.

Spent a few nights here for a wedding. Nice clean little hotel. Room was great. Breakfast buffet was a nice touch with plenty offerings.

Great experience, large rooms, comfortable mattress, nice views and great location. Centally loacated, walking distance to Baytowne Village and The Grand Shoppes at Sandestin! The breakfast was the best weeks ever had at a hotel! The price was amazing too and we will stay here again and again!
